Happy Holidays to all triathletes and everyone out there reading this. Enjoy the time with your friends and families this festive season. All group workouts (with the exception of HOP) are canceled until the first week of the new year. Have fun, relax, and eat up! We will see you all soon!

OULER Austin Parker had a birthday on the 18th. Sorry we are just now posting it. Austin is an amazing addition to our team and we are lucky to have him. Happy birthday Honey Badger!

What did they get? Well we present tonight, everyone will have to just wit and see!

SATURDAY BRICK IS GROWING!

Great spin this past Saturday morning at the Onurleft Sports Studio. Good bricks by Harvey, Mark, Wendy, Shauna, Jeff, Rich and yours truly. Glad to see Tom too if only for an hour. Nothing like passing trainer time by playing Mortal Kombat life-size. 

GREAT WORKOUTS THIS WEEK OULERS!

Tuesday's 2-mile repeats at Memorial Park were brutal! Great job Harvey, Hermann, Brian, Mark, Wendy, Chad and Jason! Last night's House of Pain was packed once again with around 20 riders who killed it on the bikes (thanks Angie) then got off and ran 1.5-5 miles at a fast pace. WAY TO GO!

OUL HOLIDAY PARTY WITH ANDY POTTS!

This year our holiday party for OUL and OUM will be at our house. Special guest Andy Potts will be in attendance as we celebrate the end of a great year. It's potluck with the main course supplied by us. BYOB. We will have awards and prizes to give out! You should have all received an evite, RSVP as soon as you can.
