Good luck to our 3 IMCZ racers this weekend. Amy "Tough As Nails" Cadriel, Brian "The Contender" Coolidge, and Ricardo "The Powerhouse" D'Amico are headed out set new PRs and have a amazing race this weekend! HOP LOCATION CHANGE - THIS WEEK ONLY

Angie isn't able to do HOP this week due to the holidays. However, with a bunch of trainers and a studio readily available to us we will be having HOP at the OUL Studio this week. Same time, 6:30pm. Instead of a run we'll do some strength/core work after in the parking lot. Bring plenty of water and a towel, oh and your bike!

GREAT RUN WORKOUT AT MEMORIAL!

Great work last night goes out to Alex, Mark, Martin, Hermann, and Shannon! They toughed out those mile repeats at Memorial Park on the 1 mile course we had marked out. Thanks to recent IMAZ finisher Tom Hayden who stayed for 2/3 of the workout before leaving for a date : P

CONTRATS TO ALL OUR IMAZ FINISHERS!

Austin lead the way as OULers hit the course in Tempe this Sunday. The water was a frigid 61 degrees and the weather (wind) was harsh but they got through it with times ranging from a PR of 10:12 for Austin to a 10:49 for Greg and a first IM finishing time of 13:18 for Tom. Angelica toughed her way through with a hurt knee and sprained ankle from mile 8 of the run to cross the line at 16:52:49. What heart and determination! Congrats to all!
