WEDNESDAY NIGHT HOP IS BACK!

Glad to see the attendance for Angie's Wednesday House of Pain is back! Debra, Brian, Austin, Grant, Emily, Shauna, Wendy, Aaron, Beka, Tom, Harvey, Hermann, Mark, Darrell, and our instructor Coach Angie who kicked everyone's butt! Nice to have cooler weather for the run after. Made the time fly by. Hope to see even more of you next week.
