GROUP WORKOUTS THIS WEEK!

Tuesday - We will either be at Leroy Crump Stadium Track (pending Denia's approval) or at Memorial Park. I will let you know by tomorrow early. Either way the workout will be short and sweet. We'll have some high intensity stuff mixed in to keep you from getting stale but it won't be a lot of quantity so that you don't get too tired out. Just what the doctor ordered.

Wednesday - We will be doing a short brick at HOP. You will come in and setup your bikes on the trainers, we will do a 10 min W/U then some very brief Zone 4 work with short recoveries, about 20 min worth. After that it's off to the run. The run workout will be a carbon copy of the bike workout. The entire thing should take 60 min or less. When it's done everyone will take their bikes off the trainers and head outside to the bike racks for some transition practice. EVERYONE no matter how good you are is expected to practice their transitions. If the pros do it every week then you all can practice it too. I will be enlisting the help of the two of the best transition artists on the team. Myself (lol) and Austin Parker. Grant.... if you're reading this we could use some tips from our resident pro triathlete as well! We will be demonstrating various types of mounts and dismounts as well as going over tips and tricks to shorten your T1 and T2. You can bring as much or as little equipment as you would like. EVERYONE MUST BRING A HELMET as we will be getting on and off our bikes on a road setting.
