GREAT WORKOUTS THIS WEEK OULERS!

Tuesday's 2-mile repeats at Memorial Park were brutal! Great job Harvey, Hermann, Brian, Mark, Wendy, Chad and Jason! Last night's House of Pain was packed once again with around 20 riders who killed it on the bikes (thanks Angie) then got off and ran 1.5-5 miles at a fast pace. WAY TO GO!
